What is Tuff Armor?

Tuff Armor is a clear plastic material developed for military use that we have pre-cut to protect small electronics.



Is it glued on? Will it leave a film on my device if I remove it?

No, our solution is designed to secure the Tuff Armor on your device without leaving behind any residue should you need to remove it.



Will my device look different after I put on the Tuff Armor?

The material itself is clear, and our solution is designed to help cover small surface scratches.



What am I purchasing?

You’re purchasing a clear plastic protective material to cover your cell phone or other small electronic device. You’ll receive the material, along with a squeegee application tool, a spray bottle of application solution, as well as detailed application instructions.



Does TuffArmor only protect the screen of the device?

TuffArmor is designed to protect the screen as well as the full body of your device (i.e. everything but the buttons, speakers, etc.).



Is the product guaranteed?

Tuff Armor purchases include a lifetime warranty against the Armor peeling, scratching, or becoming discolored. See our Warranty section for full details.



What’s the policy on returns?

All returns must be in new condition and shipped along with a copy of your sales receipt. All returns must be post marked no later then 14 days after the original date of purchase.



What if I can’t find my device on your website?

We constantly update our selection with new pre-cut kits. If you’d like to request a kit for a specific device, feel free to email our customer service team (customerservice@tuffarmor.com) to see if we have the design in the works.



Can I purchase cell phones or other devices as well?

We currently do not sell any electronic devices, only the Tuff Armor to protect them. We do have occasional deals on special buys we purchase from wholesalers. These are listed in tabs on the left.



What are the shipping options?

We currently offer FREE First Class USPS shipping on orders shipped to locations in the USA. We also offer Priority and Express USPS shipping as well. For more details visit our Shipping section.



What are my payment options?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover Cards. We also accept payments through PayPal. All of our transactions, including credit card payments, are processed through PayPal's secure transaction page.
